L&G, in collaboration with Cast Furniture, are pleased to be able to offer an ergonomic, commercial grade operators chair to our hybrid workers, providing the exact same comfort wherever you are working from.

Please complete all required sections of this form to ensure your order is not delayed, double checking the employee delivery address is accurate and providing any special comments to ensure a smooth drop off.

All costs including any delivery charges will be recharged to the cost centre indicated on this form.

Delivery is via TNT and you will receive an email with your shipment and tracking details once shipped. Please use the tracking link in the email and follow the instructions to amend and change the delivery date if required.

Please note that the chairs will be delivered boxed and fully built, and the employee will be required to dispose of the packaging responsibly.
